How it works:

• The development is offering 2.5% compensation to Co-Op Brokers; and not obligated to match compensation terms contained in a Buyer Broker Agreement (BRBC)
• The Buyer’s Broker MUST submit a signed BRBC that predates the buyer’s reservation date.
• Full commission requires the agent or team member to attend ALL showings and appointments. If the agent cannot attend, the development team may determine that compensation be referral-based rather than full compensation.
• Compensation will be based solely on the base purchase price, excluding furniture packages, upgrades, incentives, parking, storage, and other add-ons.
• Compensation is paid only upon successful close of escrow and funding. 
• Duplicate registrations and disputes over procuring cause will remain at the sole discretion of the development team.
