1. Program Description

When you opt in, Rockspring will send you marketing and informational text messages about the Rockspring Residences development in Mammoth Lakes, California. Messages may include:

Pre-launch updates and reservation opening announcements
Project information, brochures, and preview package links
Concierge call scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
Responses to inquiries you have sent us
Other communications related to your interest in the development

2. How to Opt In

You can opt in by submitting a form on rockspringmammoth.com that includes a phone number field and an SMS-consent disclosure, by texting us first, or by giving us your number and consent during a phone or in-person conversation. SMS consent is never required to use our website, request information, or do business with Rockspring.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your stage in our outreach. You should generally expect no more than approximately 10 messages per month.

4. Costs
