Full co-op commission applies when a signed Buyer Representation and Broker Compensation Agreement (BRBC) is in place before your client reserves a unit. If a BRBC isn't in place, you may still be eligible for a referral fee for any net-new clients you refer who go on to purchase. Either way, we'll coordinate the paperwork with you so your introductions and relationships are protected.
